Shipping Information

Pickleball Stuff New Zealand ships right around New Zealand using the GoSweet Spots platform which allows us to book with Castle Parcels, PostHaste and NZ post. All orders are trackable online. All orders are shipped the following working day.

Flat rate shipping of $10 applies to all website orders around New Zealand. We also offer Free Shipping for orders of $300 however this must be selected by you during the checkout phase.

Delivery times vary around New Zealand. Whilst we endeavor for your order to be delivered within 2 working days, please allow 3-7 work days for standard delivery. You can track your parcel using the automatic email that is sent to you upon the courier receiving your parcel.

Contact us if you have any queries on your parcel whereabouts after 7 working days without delivery.

Paddle Care:

  • Do not leave your paddle in excessive heat. Do not hit your paddle against objects other than Pickleball balls.
  • Use Glass Cleaner for cleaning the surface of your paddle.

Pickleball Care:

  • Pickleballs can become brittle in cold weather and prone to break more easily. We recommend heating them in your pocket or hands before use during the winter months. 
  • The shelf life of a pickleball can vary depending on playing surface, what paddle you are using, and how hard you are hitting the pickleball. We recommend always having 3 or more on hand to account for possible breakage.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all products must be returned in their original state within 30 days and freight costs will be at the customer’s expense. Upon return of the items, you will be refunded the cost of goods minus the processing fees of (2.8% + 30c).

  • Pickleball Stuff New Zealand will not refund any ball purchase due to change of mind as we cannot guarantee the balls to be returned in their original condition. 
  • Due to the hard-hitting nature of pickleball as a sport and the inability to ascertain reasons for ball breakage/cracking, Pickleball Stuff New Zealand will not refund pickleball balls.

When you place an order, all relevant information is saved in our order history and never shared externally.
