PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

If you find a New Zealand retailer with the same product at a cheaper price we will beat it by 5%. Product cannot be on sale and must be New Zealand RRP. Must provide proof of business name and product pricing as at the date of price match request. We will not price match an on sale product or service.

ON SALE PRODUCTS

 If you purchase a product before or after a sale at full RRP, Pickleball Stuff New Zealand is not obligated to refund the difference in cost price of the now ‘on sale’ item. 

PRICE MATCH WITH USD RRP

Our goal is for all of our products to align with the USD RRP. We endeavour to list all of our products in alignment with what you could purchase the item for in the USA. If you feel we are not meeting this guideline, we would love you to get in touch with us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Pickleball Stuff New Zealand ships right around New Zealand using the GoSweet Spots platform which allows us to book with Castle Parcels, PostHaste and NZ post. All orders are trackable online. All orders are shipped the following working day. 

Flat rate shipping of $10 applies to all website orders around New Zealand. We also offer Free Shipping for orders of $300 however this must be selected by you during the checkout phase. 

Delivery times vary around New Zealand. Whilst we endeavor for your order to be delivered within 2 working days, please allow 3-7 work days for standard delivery. You can track your parcel using the automatic email that is sent to you upon the courier receiving your parcel. 

Contact us if you have any queries on your parcel whereabouts after 7 working days without delivery.

Paddle Care:
*Do not leave your paddle in excessive heat.
*Do not hit your paddle against objects other than Pickleball balls.
*Use Glass Cleaner for cleaning the surface of your paddle.

Refund Policy

Pickleball Stuff NZ’s Refund Policy

For change of mind on an order placed, you will be refunded online store credit only minus the processing fees of (2.8% + 30c). You are only eligible for a refund before the order has been shipped. All orders are shipped the following business day, so be mindful change of mind refunds are to be processed within 12 hours of purchase due to shipping requirements. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all products must be returned in their original state and freight costs will be at your expense. Upon return of the items you will be refunded the cost of goods in online store credit only minus the processing fees of (2.8% + 30c).

*Pickleball Stuff New Zealand will not refund balls if you do not like ‘how they bounce’ or ‘how they play’. Every brand of ball on our website is made differently therefore it is a trial process to find the right ball that works for you. Because all balls are different and we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction which the variance in ball type, bounce and composition, we WILL NOT refund any ball purchases.

*Pickleball Stuff New Zealand will also not refund any ball purchase due to change of mind as we cannot guarantee the balls to be returned in their original condition. It is hard to see wear on balls and determine if they have been returned in their original condition to warrant a refund or store credit. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse any refund on balls purchased.
